Board
Over the past ten years, Second Journey has helped us learn to become true elders. Helped us give the gifts of this season to a world that sorely needs them. Helped us practice simplicity and realize our deep interconnection with one another and all forms of life. Our message has been that true elders are an antidote to the speeding, out-of-control pace of modern life.
As one of the widening circle of friends who have benefited from Second Journey’s efforts, to ask for your financial contribution to our Campaign for the New Decade — the ambitious annual appeal we launch as Second Journey enters a second decade of operation.
Why give? Second Journey relies on private contributions from its supporters! Your contribution to the 2009 Annual Appeal will help us:

launch new initiatives exploring Spirituality in Later Life;

underwrite the continued improvement of Itineraries and our other Web-based resources;

and provide us, for the first time in our 10-year history, with paid staff — starting with a half-time executive director to manage our expanding menu of programs.
